| 摘 要： | 工会兴办企事业的历史,几乎与工会运动自身发展的历史一样长。国外工会大规模地兴办企事业,是在第二次世界大战结束以后。纵观国外工会企事业的情况,工会企事业以第三产业为主,即国际劳工组织所称的社会服务事业或职工福利事业。工会保险事业是国外工会兴办的企事业中最为成功方面,但也有失败的教训。
