| 摘 要： | 目前,在非公有制企业职代会制度达不到全面推行和实施。以推行"两个普遍"为契机,加强非公有制企业职代会制度建设,必须进一步深化对新形势下企业民主管理工作的思想认识,进一步加强以职代会为主要形式的企业民主管理法制化建设,进一步完善职工代表大会制度。
