| Abstract: | To protect legal rights of workers and staff is the most important function of trade union.To protect labor rights scientifically is an innovation and sublimation of trade union's work of protection.In order to protect labor rights scientifically,trade union should have a high regard for impersonal rules and deal with four relations between trade union and the Party,the government,the employing units and the workers and staff. |
