| 摘 要： | 成就动机是推动个体取得成功的内驱力,心理学研究证明,两个智商大体相同的人,成就动机高者比成就动机低者在活动中成功的可能性更高.尽管我们说,成就动机水平不宜过高,但事实是,在市场经济的运作形态下,无论是在西方还是在中国,成就动机的水平大都满足不了企业的要求,因此开发企业女性的成就动机,无论是对企业的发展,还是对女性自身的进步,都具有重要的价值.
