| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年以来我国各项事业取得了可喜的成绩，但同时阶层分化所导致的思想多元化，贫富差距加大等问题凸显。这给思想政治工作带来了前所未有的挑战。思想政治教育工作要发挥生命线的作用，必须更新理念、创新内容，采用多种措施，以应对挑战。
