| 摘 要： | 登记离婚在我国是广泛适用的一种离婚方式,特别是随着新的《婚姻登记管理条例》的实施,简化了登记离婚手续,登记离婚被越来越多的离婚者所采用。在充分肯定登记离婚作用的同时,也不能忽略其负面效应,即登记离婚中法律干预功能弱化,实践中利用登记离婚规避法律的事件屡见不鲜,这说明应进一步完善我国的登记离婚制度。

| Abstract: | Registered divoice is a widely used form of divoice in China.Its usual procedure was simplified since the issue of "The Revised Marriage Registration Regulations".Registered divoice is more and more taken by those who want to divoice.While the significance of the regulation is affirmed,its negative effects should not be neglected.In its operation,many cases are found to escape law by registering divoice and the function of legal intervention is weakened. |
