| 摘 要： | 从1997年《刑法》颁布至今,有关间接受贿犯罪的客观构成要件就存在一些争议,某些构成要件的合理性也受到人们的质疑。本文拟总结已有研究成果,具体阐明间接受贿犯罪的客观构成要件,并指明其存在的缺陷,以期引起人们的关注,并通过立法活动加以修改、完善。
