维护社会稳定视角下的公民意识

公民意识是社会民主进步的重要基石。发达国家把公民意识作为保持社会稳定的重要途径,有着成功的实践经验。借鉴他们的经验,结合国情,构建中国特色的公民意识,对于保持政治稳定、治安稳定和净化社会风气具有十分重要意义。从维护社会稳定的视角出发,当下的公民意识需着力从宪政意识、社会责任、公民道德和科学理性等层面进行操作。
