| 摘 要： | 行为的产生机理是本能转化为需要,需要以欲望为中介,孕育形成动机,动机则产生行为。人格改造的一个核心是对人格动力的改造。改造罪犯的根本目的在于使他们的人格得到完善和升华;人格升华的内在机制在于人格动力的升华。人格改造是一种人格动力的能量移置和能量转化过程。

| Abstract: | The behavior mechanism is instinct turning into need, need takes desire as mediation to form the motiva-tion, motivation is to produce behavior. A core of the personality transformation is the personality power. The fun- damental goal of rehabilitation is to improve their personality and sublimation ; the internal mechanism of personality sublimation is the sublimation of personality power. Personality is a kind of personality power transformation of the energy displacement and energy conversion process. |
