| Abstract: | Intra-Party democracy is the headspring of the vitality of the Party.The innovation activity of the Party,in the final analysis,is the vitality of the Party.What intra-Party democracy to develop and how to develop intra-Party democracy are radical issues relating to what Party to build and how to build the Party.Respecting the principal position of the Party members is the basis and innovating intra-Party democratic system is the guarantee for developing intra-Party democracy and boosting up the Party's innovation activity. |
