On the Judicial Dismissal of Company System in Company Law

The revised company law, has been put into practice on January 1st 2006, in which the content and relevant systems of the original company law have been added and modified, especially in protecting minority stock hohlers＇ interests and some new legal systems have been set up, including the judicial dismissal of company system. First of all, the author analyses judicial terms of dismissal of company thoroughly. Secondly, the author analyses the practical difficult positions of the judicial dismissal of company system. Finally, the author promotes corresponding solutions for the difficult position. In a word, the author makes comprehensive assessment and analysis in the dismissal of company system to play a role in casting a brick to attract jade.
