| 摘 要： | 本文从国际金融危机、网络舆论环境、民主政治和国际合作等四个视角分析了我国当前反腐倡廉建设的形势及面临的挑战。全面推进反腐倡廉建设，必须信心与决心并举，着力形成反腐倡廉建设顺利推进的合力；教育与文化并重，着力营造反腐与倡廉相得益彰的良好环境；制度与监督并行，着力构筑源头预防和惩治腐败的坚固防线；“抓大”与“惩小”并用，着力实现基层反腐倡廉建设的新突破。
