民间投资在我国发展的问题与对策

改革开放20多年来,民间投资在我国已经有了很大的发展,但由于受思想观念、政策法规、体制环境以及民间投资自身因素的制约,民间投资在我国的完全发展仍然存在诸多障碍,应采取有力措施逐步解决这些问题,以最终形成适应市场经济要求的民间投资发展状态。

The Developing Problems and Countermeasures of Private Investment in China

For more than twenty years of the reform and opening up of China,the private investment has been developed greatly.However,restricted by ideology,policies and regulations,environment of system as well as factors of private investment itself,there are still a good many obstructs to the full development of private investment.A series of effectively measures should be taken to settle these problems gradually,in order to finally form conditions for the development of the private investment suitable for the market economy.
