公共管理基本问题初探

公共管理 (学 )的发展 ,需要我们对公共管理的主体、客体和方法等基本问题作更进一步的研究和探讨 ,尤其要注意我国公共管理与西方公共管理的本质不同。公共事务是公共管理的起点 ,决定了公共行政走向公共管理的必然态势。我国公共管理要坚决贯彻中国共产党领导原则 ;要立足中国国情 ,用马克思主义理论建构有中国特色的公共管理学体系。

The Study of the Fundamental Problem on Public Management

With the development of public management, we should study and probe the subject, object and ways of public management, especially the fundamental difference between our country and the West. The public affairs as the starting point of public management decide the inexorable trend from public administration to public management. We should uphold firmly the leadership of the Communist Party of China on public management in our country. We must have our feet firmly planted in the reality in China to build the system of public management with Chinese characteristics with Marxist Theory.
