| 摘 要： | Since the world economy chose oil as its main energy, it has always been accompanied by turmoil, instability and insecurity. It is hard to say whether the choice is right or wrong, but it is clear that to abandon this choice may face greater cost and more risks. Therefore, countries are seeking various means, economic, diplomatic or military, to try to realize their energy security.
