| Abstract: | The secret monitor procedure is nearly blank in the Chinese legislation and few people study it. The writer investigates three styles in the west counties and analyses Chinese secret monitor condition of legislation and judicial practice and raises several problems we should pay attention to about legislation of secret monitor in the future. |
