| 摘 要： | 在社会主义文化建设中,以人为本具有人民性、主体和谐性、公正性的特点,体现在文化建设的任务、现实操作及实现过程等方面。文化建设需要厘清以人为本的主体,正确处理建设者与组织者、一元与多元的关系。以人为本的落实有一个不断认识、强化实践、评价反馈的过程。
