九寨沟县城校园暴力的调查与思考

九寨沟县城校园暴力主要体现为学生之间打架时管制刀具的滥用，群体性、低龄化特征明显。教学资源紧张只是诱因，校园受社会打架斗殴氛围影响较大。当地管制刀具屡禁不止与民族性藏刀问题无关，却与地广人稀环境有联系，校园也受其影响。在地广人稀地区“一乡一所”，存在警力负荷不均与警力不足的问题，警力进校园遇到难题。学校加强学生纠纷处理能力培养，公安机关做实事前预防。让公权力主导社会安全的理念深入人心是基本对策。
