| 摘 要： | 良好的心理素质是人民警察在执行任务时 ,运用擒拿格斗技能克敌制胜的一个重要保证。擒拿格斗教学中的心理训练分为 :长期心理训练、短期心理训练和突发性心理训练。在实施心理训练时应注意 :言传身教 ;因材施教 ;循序渐进 ,巩固提高。

| Abstract: | Well psychology qualities are the important guarantee for policemen to use catching and grappling skills to conquer the enemy and win victory when they perform a task .The psychology training includes long-term , short term and sudden training . We should pay attention to some ways : teaching by personal example as well as verbal instruction ; suiting instruction to students' level ; following in order and advance step by step ; strengthening and improving . |
