编辑风险应对论（上）

风险应对乃人类的共同课题 ,它与人类相伴随、相始终。编辑风险应对相比较之是一个很小的课题 ,不比较之是一个很大的课题。文章从中观立论、微观展开 ,就目前我国社科报刊的编辑风险及其应对问题进行讨论。作者认为 ,目前我国社科报刊的编辑风险主要有法纪风险和经营风险两大类 ,而法纪风险又可分为违纪风险和违法风险两种 ,导致法纪风险的主因来源于主观原因、客观原因和意外事件三个方面 ,应对的办法可概括为“三部曲”,即 :未然之控制、已然之应对和非智力因素理想模型的构筑。作为全文的上半部分 ,本篇着重就编辑风险的过程扫描与目标锁定 (即“……风险概说”)及风险导因进行了全面的阐述和分析。

Facing the Venture in Edition ( First half )

Facing the venture is an everlasting topic to Humans. Facing the Edition venture is among these ventures. The thesis discusses the edition venture and its countermeasures for the journals of social science. The author thinks such kind of venture can be divided into two parts: venture of law and discipline and management venture. While the first one can be further divided into venture of breaching the principle and venture of breaking the law. The main cause comes from three parts of subjective cause, objective cause and accident. Countermeasures are preventive control, control of ex post facto and the construction of ideal mode of non intellective factors. This part gives complete discuss and analysis to the venture and cause in the edition of journals of social science. [
