| 摘 要： | 卖方利益险是海上货物运输保险业务中的一种特殊险别 ,它以买方拒收时货物遭受承保风险所致损害为其承保内容 ,对于卖方的风险防范和利益保障起着重要的作用。本文从卖方利益险的含义、适用范围及保险人代位求偿权的行使三个方面尝试对该险别进行详尽分析。
