| 摘 要： | 对被害人的研究是对社会犯罪现象的一个研究角度,犯罪与被害都不是一个绝对静止的概念,二者是社会互动过程中的一对矛盾体,既相互依存又相互制约。研究被害人的心理演变,提高防范被害的意识,减少被害的发生,亦即减少了犯罪的发生。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses that examing the phemonenon of crime in society can be made from the angle of victims.Crime and being vic tim aren't absolutely static concepts.They are interdependent and restrain each other.Therefore,mak ing a study of psy chological evolution of victim and enhancing the awareness of taking preven tive measures can decrease possibility of being victim as well as crimes. |
