| Abstract: | The countries where asset-backed securitization has-developed greatly have established a comparatively perfect system of laws centered on asset-backed securitization. Some countries have even made special laws on asset-backed securitization. The issue of asset-backed securitization is still new in our country and many relevant legal problems are waiting to be dealt with regarding its development. |
