文化视野下的警察与媒体关系

随着媒体力量的日益增强，被称作“第四种权力”的媒体对警察的监督力度不断加大，但媒体监督的功能被不恰当地运用后，就变成了“媒体审判”，处理好警察与媒体的关系，对警察执法工作的正常进行非常重要。分析了警察与媒体的基本关系和冲突，从文化价值融合的角度，探讨了如何加强文化建设，构建警察与媒体之间的和谐关系。

The Relationship between Police and Media from the Perspective Culture

With the power of india increasing day by day, the so called ＂ No. 4 power＂ media exert strict supervision over police. However, if this supervision function is improperly used, it will become ＂media trial＂. Dealing with the relationship between police and media properly is of great importance for police to enforce laws smoothly. This paper analyzes the basic relationship and conflicts between police and media from the perspective of culture value integration and discusses the ways to establish a harmonious relationship between police and media.
