人民赋予我们以权力的原理与坚持执政为民理念

权力是意识支配下的能量强制。社会权力是由个人权力经生产权力发展而来的。人们为了求得社会有序性,从而获得利益最大化,对某个组织或个人进行授权,让其对意志各异、行为不同的人进行协调,获得了授权的组织或个人因此掌握了社会权力。人民进行授权的形式,一是自觉主动授权,二是自愿被动授权,三是强迫被动授权。根据人民授权的原理,我们应该树立正确的执政为民理念。

The People Bestow Us the Principle of Authority and the Concept of Being in Power for the People

Authority means the power coercion subdued to one's consciousness. Social authority develops from individual authority and production authority. To seek for the order of society so as to get the maximized benefit, people bestow their authority on a certain organization or individual, letting them coordinate the various wills and behaviors of different people. The organization or individual bestowed on such authority masters the social authority in this way.
