公平、效率之争与"公平效率整合观"

伴随着我国收入差距日益扩大化的趋势,国内学术界引发了“公平优先论”与“效率优先论”之争。笔者认为,解决这一论争的可能出路是“公平效率整合观”,其基本意蕴是:应树立科学的“公平观”;应寻求公平与效率的整合点;应在收入分配的全过程中实现公平与效率的整合。

Fairness-Efficiency Dispute And The Integrated View Of Fairness And Efficiency

With the widening income gap in China,there appears in the academe a dispute of "fairness priority" and "efficiency priority".I think that the solution to this controversy is an integrated concept of fairness and efficiency.It means we should set a scientific perspective of fairness,find a point of integration of fairness and efficiency and realize it during the entire process of income distribution.
