对治安学学科体系构建中几个重要问题的审视

治安学是伴随着近代警察制度的建立而逐步产生发展的。自上世纪初到现在,治安学的发展经历了引入、中断与分化、萌芽、诞生和发展四个阶段。目前,基于对治安词义的不同理解,导致治安学学科定义存在着诸多分歧；对治安学的学科属性,治安学的研究对象及其内容结构的讨论,都存在着不同观点。究其原因,在于学者们在研究治安学学科体系时,没有充分认识到方法论的意义。为了保证治安学学科体系构建的科学性,我们不能把方法论拒之门外。

Significant Issues Concerning the Establishment of the System of Public Order Study

The different definitions of public order administration lead to the diversity in the definition of public order study. What's more, there are various opinions about the attributes and the study objects and content of the study. All these are because of the lack of realizing the significance of methodology in studying the system of public order study.
