| Abstract: | Disturbing-funeral incidents prove mostly to be an illegal activity that the relatives of the dead, who died from abnormal reasons, extort money, vent their resentment and make reprisals by means of parking or removing the dead body or even gathering a crowd to fire guns. To cope with this kind of incident, the following points should be grasped: firstly, arrive at the scene as soon as possible to investigate and take evidence; secondly, assist the primary organs and related units to enlighten the relatives of the dead; thirdly ,inspect the body and ascertain the cause of death in time and expose the truth of death; fourthly, dispose of the dead body and cope with the aftermath of it. |
