柯尔伯格的道德发展理论及启示

摘    要:柯尔伯格的道德发展理论主要包括道德发展观、道德教育观、教育主体观、教育渗透观和德育方法论,这些理论对加强和改进大学生思想政治教育具有重要的借鉴意义。如:在教育机制上应充分考虑个体差异,在教育模式上应以学生为主体,在教育方法上应倡导灵活多样式教学,在教育过程中应深入挖掘有关资源。

Abstract:Kohlberg' s theory of moral development mainly includes the outlook on moral development, the outlook on moral education, the outlook on the principal part of education, the outlook on the penetration method of education and methodology of moral culture. The theories serve as important reference for strengthening and improving ideological and political education among college students. For instance, we should take individual differences among students into consideration in establishing the educational mechanism, introduce the educational pattern in which students are put in the principal position, advocate flexible and diversified teaching methods and develop relevant educational resources in a deepgoing way.
