| Abstract: | Anti-corruption can not be dependent on stern punishment of cruel torture mainly,can depend on the government staff members autonomy more than the correct or required number neither.Fault has looked at the anti-corruption effect appearing personally opposing the rotten policy document a bit,key has lain in the close system designing one package,has let person have no way to corrupt. |
