论毛泽东干部教育队伍建设思想及其现实意义

毛泽东基于丰富的干部学校办学和任教的实践经验,对干部学校教员的地位、作用、条件、要求作出系统论述,一方面主张办教育也要看干部,另一方面强调教育者首先应当受教育,形成以优者从教、教者从优,以身立教、以学善教为基本特点的干部教育队伍建设思想。这不仅有效地解决当时干部教育培训中的实际问题,而且对于当前加强和改进干部教育培训仍具有重要的现实意义。

Mao Zedong's Thought on Crew Establishment of Cadre Education and its Reality Significance

Based on his abundant experience in Cadre Training School management and education, Mao Zedong systematically demonstrated the significance, condition and demand on the teaching faculty of cadre training schools. It was demonstrated that ＂the education depends on the cadre＂ and that ＂the educators should first be educated＂, which has developed to the thought of crew construction of cadre education with certain characteristics. The essence of such thought is of great use to solve the practical problems existing nowadays, and is significant in the improvement of cadre education.
