| Abstract: | Planning and constructing Ningxia inland open economic trail area with international vision can pro- mote the new way of inland area development and opening - up, expand the oversea market demand, guarantee the national energy security, encourage resource - based region to accelerate the transformation of development, and maintain ethnic unity and social stability. |
