| 摘 要： | 城市公共文化服务农民工存在重视程度不够,保障不力,文化供给比较简单,法律法规不健全,管理及运行机制不完善等不足。为此,应从把保障农民工基本文化权益纳入当地政府的基本职责,将农民工纳入城市公共文化服务体系。

| Abstract: | The city public cultural service system for rural migrant workers exists some insufficient such as the rural migrant workers do not enjoy enough attention, and they are lack of indemnity and have simple cultural supply and unsound laws and regulations. At the same time, the management and operation mechanism for them are imperfect. Therefore, we should bring the basic cultural rights guarantee of rural migrant workers into basic function of local government, and bring rural migrant workers into city public cultural service system. |
