| 摘 要： | 新时期,为了充分发挥城市老年人在社会管理和建设中的重要作用,作为社区管理工作的领导核心,社区党支部应当高度重视老年党员在社区管理和建设中先锋模范作用的全面发挥,以便能够带动更多的城市老年人更加自觉地投身到本地社会管理创新和建设的工作去。

| Abstract: | In the new period, the Community Party branch, as the core of leadership of the community manage- ment, should attach great importance to the good use of the vanguard exemplary role the elderly members of Communist Party play in community management and construction, in order to bring into full play the important role that the aging people in urban areas perform in social management and construction, so that more urban eld- erly people would participate more consciously in local social management innovation and construction. |
