摘    要:文章分析了钦州和深圳两市人才引进管理模式包括人才引进管理理念、管理内容、管理政策制度、管理方式等.比较见异同,比较出差距,借鉴深圳的有益做法,取长补短,为我所用,促进钦州乃至北部湾人才引进管理工作更好地开展.

Abstract:This article makes an analysis on the management system of introduced talents in the city of Shenzhen and Qinzhou in terms of managing idea,managing contents,managing policy as well as managing model.From the comparison, the author points out the weakness in the system of Qinzhou and the good experience from that of Shenzhen.In the author' s opinion,the government of Qinzhou should improve its management system of talents introduced by learning from Shenzhen.
