| 摘 要： | 职业教育的师资问题一直是制约着教学质量提高的“瓶颈”,根据学生实际实行分层次教学乃是行之有效的改革探索。在高职英语教学中实行分层次教学,激发学生学习兴趣,增强学习信心,真正体现了以育人为本的教育理念。
