| 摘 要： | 针对当前出现的诸种严重扰乱刑事法庭秩序的违法犯罪行为,我国应借鉴法治发达国家刑事立法,完善刑诉法第161条和刑法相关规定,对扰乱庭审秩序违法犯罪行为进行处理,以维护法庭权威。
