论领导科学学科的本质性要求

领导科学作为一门独立的学科,其本质性要求是：围绕一个核心概念——领导进行研究;领导科学研究要落到两个基本点：一是领导成本,二是领导效率、效能与效益;领导科学研究要力求做好五个结合：理论与实际相结合、课堂讲授与案例教学相结合、中央精神与当前领导活动相结合、领导的自然属性与社会属性相结合、国学中的领导思想与现代领导活动相结合。

On the Essential Requirements of the Leadership Science

As an independent discipline,the leadership science has its own essential requirements. The studies should be focused on one core concept —leadership; and must be embodied in two basic points,i.e.,the cost of leadership and the efficiency,effectiveness and benefit of leadership; and attention must be paid to the combination of theory with practice,the combination of class teaching and case study,the combination of the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government with the current activities of the leaders,the combination of the natural properties of leadership with its social properties,and the combination of the Chinese traditional leadership thought with the modern leadership activities.
