中国的劳工调查与研究

中国的劳工调查与研究逐步从"官府"扩展到学术界和民间。涉及的问题,集中在两个方面。一是国有企业改革中的职工问题。一些研究预设,由此而产生激烈的劳资对抗和社会冲突。实际的社会后果却没有像预设的那样出现,有一些研究对此进行了比较有解释力的分析。二是农民向工人转化中的社会问题。一些研究认为,欧洲早期资本主义的剥削和冲突现象在中国复活了。而另一些研究则分析了问题产生的特殊性,讨论了通过合作的方式解决这些问题的可能性。

Labor Investigation and Study in China

Labor investigation and study in China has gradually developed from "official" to academic circles and folk.The relative problems focus on two aspects. The one is the problem of workers and staff members in the reform of SOEs. Some studies predict showed that there would be serious confrontation for the parties to industrial relations and social conflict. But actual social results did not emerged as predicts were. Some studies had an explanatory analysis for this problem. The other one is a social problem that peasants become workers. Some views show that the phenomenon of exploitation and conflict in early capitalist era in Europe has revived. But the other studies analysed the special characteristics of these problems and discussed the resolution of these problems through form of cooperation.
