| 摘 要： | 青少年犯罪作为全球性的问题一直广受关注,预防和减少青少年犯罪是当前司法理论界和实务界研究的重点和难点,社区预防与矫正制度的确立能够有效预防和减少青少年犯罪,本文从研究这一制度的必要性、可行性入手,具体阐述如何进一步确立适合我国青少年犯罪社区预防与社区矫正制度。

| Abstract: | Juvenile delinquency has been a global concerned problem. Preventing and reducing juvenile delinquency is the emphases and difficulty in the theoretical and practical sides of the current justice. The establishment of community prevention and correction system can effectively prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency. The paper expounded on how to establish prevention and community corrections system suitable for our community juvenile delinquency based on the study of the necessity and feasibility of the system. |
