| 摘 要： | 我国《合同法》明确诚实信用原则是合同法的基本原则。从合同的订立到合同履行完毕,诚实信用原则规制合同交易的全过程。但要在实践中正确适用诚实信用原则,还需建立健全相关制度加以保障。

| Abstract: | Contract Law has explicated that principle of honest and credibility is a principle that must be followed by both contract partners. It regulates the whole transaction course from the signature of contracts to implementing them, and is embodied in contract acts. But apply correctly principle of honest and credibility in the practice, still need to establish the sound and related system. |
