| 摘 要： | 张家山汉简<二年律令>和<奏谳书>中保存了不少有关汉初女性犯罪及其处罚的材料.本文结合文献和简牍材料对以女性为主体的不孝罪、悍罪、奸罪、重婚罪及侵犯女性的犯罪行为如强奸、略卖等进行了考证.

| Abstract: | Two-year Laws and Decrees and Book of Zouyan which were in the bamboo slips of Zhangjiashan conserved many datum about fe-male criminal at the beginning of the Han Dynasty.The article utilize the literature and the unearthed datum to research the rela-tive crime.There are impiety crime,fierce crime,remarriage and the crime of infringe women,such as rape,selling and so on. |
