企业劳务职工入会存在的问题及对策

摘    要:把企业劳务职工吸纳到工会组织中来,最大限度地维护他们的合法权益,调动他们的积极性,促进企业稳定、健康发展,是企业管理的重要内容,符合"三个代表"重要思想,是工会履行维权职责的重要方面。要解决好认识上的不到位、政策滞后、观念陈旧及工会经费等问题,营造"人人平等"的良好劳动关系,稳定职工队伍,促进企业发展。

Abstract:The important contents of business management include to draw the contract workers into trade unions, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, arouse their enthusiasm, improve enterprises' stable and healthy development. That is in keeping with the important thought of the "Three Represents" and an important aspect that trade unions perform their basic responsibility of protecting workers' rights and interests. We should resolve some problems such as insufficient understanding, sluggish policies, old sense and trade unions' funds and so on. We should also create good labor relations of "equality between the sexes", stabilize workers' ranks and improve enterprises' development.
