| Abstract: | The problem of Failed States is a harsh fact in the world politics since the end of the cold war. Failed states have caused enormous humanitarian catastrophe within their territories and become serious threat to the regional security and world peace. This article tries to analyze the meaning, academic value, essential features, contributing factors of failed state and the international regime to cope with this problem. |
