There are many problems in the traditional fi nancial management of trade union,such as irregular budget management system,incomplete internal control system,low-level trade union fi nancial personnel and fi nancial computerization,low-level training and guidance in grassroot unions.Therefore,if we want to deepen fi nancial reforms and ensure that union funds generally benefi t employees,we must build a union fi nancial management platform,reform the union's traditional fi nancial management model,improve work effi ciency,improve management mechanisms,and improve the overall quality and level of union fi nancial management.
