| Abstract: | Xu Ting's case reflects the sevious conflict between law and sense.However,the ultimate settlement of this case shows the humane care by criminal law,which is largely in common with the theory of anticipated possibility in foreign countries.Therefore,Xu Ting's case may be a landmark for us to review and thoroughly research such theory. |
