| 摘 要： | 侦查主体是享有侦查权的机关 ,要提高它的行为效率 ,一方面在组织管理上既要遵循一定的组织原理 ,也要强调灵活有效 ,其组织结构的设置和管理的方式、方法要以激发人性和提高人的积极性为目标 ;另一方面 ,要改善侦查主体的制度环境和建立各种良好的社会关系。

On the other hand, it is necessary to provide better environment for investigation subject system and establish excellent reputation. |
