On Investigation of the Obtaining Electronic Data Evidence under Mobile Internet Background

Due to the objective and stable characteristics, electronic data plays an important role in the criminal evidence. In the judicial practice, the electronic data has gained more and more attention of the criminal investigators. But it is undeniable that the electronic data has the characteristics of quick change, variety, science and technology, especially in today's era of mobile Internet.
