| Abstract: | Based on the goveroning practice of state - owned enterprises, this paper discusses the issues coneerning goveroning structure of one - member - companies funded by stste - owned capital. The sound goveroning structure requires the rational allocation of power between the elements which constitute the goveroning structure and the effective balancing mechanism. |
