| 摘 要： | 决策民主化、科学化是构建“和谐社会”的必然要求,也是构建“和谐社会”的必由之路。以“和谐社会”思想为指导,加快行政决策体制改革;用“和谐社会”思想统领行政决策全过程,规范行政决策程序;以建设“和谐社会”为目标,加强行政决策制度建设。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to democratize and scientialize the administration decision-making for constructing the harmonious society,and that is the only way.Due to direction and leading by the thought of the harmonious society,we should quicken the innovation of the administration decision-making,and criterionizing the procedure of the administration decision-making. And at the aim to constructing the harmonious society,we should strenghen the system of the administration decision-making. |
